About Deidre
Hi! I am Deidre Martin a real estate agent at the Van Dyk Group. I have been working in the Long Beach Island (LBI) real estate industry since 2014. I have worked at the Van Dyk Group since I obtained my real estate salesperson license, and have listed and sold many homes on LBI and the surrounding area. I am a top salesperson at the Van Dyk Group and last year I was ranked 83rd in the County closing over $8M in sales.
When I am not working or giving back I love being outdoors. I enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, boating with my family and friends, spending time with my fur babies and watching the sunsets. In the winter I enjoy skiing in my original hometown of the Poconos, Colorado or Vermont.
I love to give back as much as I can. Currently, a portion of my real estate commissions go to David’s Dream and Believe. I am an Emeritus Director for the Lehigh Lawyers Association, I do annual pro bono work for the State of New Jersey and I donate and share my time with those in need as I can. In the past I was an Alumni Trustee, on Young Alumni Counsel and a member of the Alumni Association for Lehigh University, my alma mater, and I did several different types of volunteer work as I was getting my Juris Doctorate at Drexel University, for example, I volunteered at the Innocence Project.
