The filed is almost set, but Danica Patrick is this years fastest and won the pole position for 2013 Daytona 500. This was a big task but she is ready for it. The other drivers say she deserves it, and their happy for her.

Nascar is one of the most popular sports and a woman has never won this spot before. She is among some of the most incredible drivers who have qualified this fast, 196.43 MPH. Danica looks to be in good racing form, has an obviously fast car and the experience to take the checkered flag Sunday at the Daytona 500.

Here is the video of her qualifying that shows just how well she did if you didn't get to see it. If you didn't know the race is this Sunday at 1:30pm...it's gunna be a good one so tune in!
