Still On The Sidelines

Lot's of folks sitting on the sidelines looking at properties every day and waiting for prices to drop a little further. Sure... that can happen in some cases, as there are always properties that were overpriced to begin with and need to be adjusted. There are also some that are difficult to sell because of location or a variety of other reasons. That is not the general trend on Long Beach Island. Prices have stabilized and when fall rolls around I expect that we will most likely transition to a sellers market. It has already happened on the mainland. Better properties on the Island are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Higher end ocean block homes on the South end are practically nonexistent. Hope to see more in the fall but I believe it will be very competitive.
