Rentals remain strong through April

It looks like it is going to be a great summer! Rentals remain strong through April, as number of leases and weeks rented are up 3% in 2011. We still have a good inventory of homes that are still available to rent for some of the better weeks of the summer. Activity has remained strong despite the tough start to the year, when we were hit with multiple snow storms early in January. The weather is now getting warmer, and people are starting to get the summer itch. We expect to continue the strong rental activity as the summer draws closer, so don't wait until the last minute to secure your rental home. With gas prices expected to remain on the high side, keeping airfare expensive, a summer vacation at the Jersey Shore, which is just a short drive away, is a great alternative!
