The single home to sell was 1014C Long Beach Blvd. which was a four bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home built in 2000. The home featured 2,464 square feet of living space and a great location in the Southern section of North Beach. 1014C sold for 95.54% of the listing price after spending 169 days on the market. This represented a price per square foot of $426.14 which is in line with the averages we see elsewhere in the Long Beach Island real estate market.
