In the wake of Superstorm Sandy, Long Beach Island had suffering property sales numbers in 2013 as we rebuilt our island after the storm.  The number of properties that sold along LBI that year was a mere 404.  In 2014 and 2015 we saw our growth begin to climb.  In 2016, 616 properties sold which  topped 2015 by almost 13% and was a 52% growth from 2013.  I anticipate continued growth of our beautiful island in the future, as our beaches have been replenished and we are back in business and strong!
