Jersey Shore Cigarette Smokers

Recently while grabbing coffee at a local Wawa convience store, a store employee was on a break (i assume) and was out front smoking a cigarette. I witnessed her just as she was finished, she just flicked her cigarette out onto the sidewalk, as if she wasn't going to have to clean up.

Although today it was raining and there was a very slim chance of anything catching fire becuase of it, but its terrible behavior. We are cleaning up from a Hurricane which almost ruined our shore town, and here she is dirtying it up, it's rude.

As a former smoker myself, I am not telling anyone to quit, just please put them out properly. At this location there is a butt can, why not put it there? I'll bet if Mr. or Mrs. Wawa (if there were a person) saw that they'd be angry at how it was done.

If you want information on how to quit smoking, try this website for tips.
