Monday December 19th: 

1.  Brain Games:  1pm at the Island Branch of the Ocean County Library in Surf City. Call 609-494-2480 to register.  

Tuesday December 20th:

 

1. Adult Writers Group: 1-3pm at Island Branch of the Ocean County Library in Surf City. Call 609-494-2480 to register.

2. Totally Toddler:  10:30am Ages 18-36 months at Island Branch of the Ocean County Library in Surf City. Call 609-494-2480 to register.

Wednesday December 21st:   

1. Gaming Club:
  7pm at the Island Branch of the Ocean County Library in Surf City. Kids ages 10 and older are invited to drop in for Wii games, board games, and cards. Call 509-494-2480 for more information.


2. Teen Advisory Board:  6pm at the Island Branch of the Ocean County Library in Surf City. Kids in grades 7-12 are invited to make suggestions for programs, events and more. Call

Thursday December 22nd:

     -  Sunday, 25 December, lOam -  this is a quiet said service for those who want to keep Christmas worshiping "on the day."

Ongoing Events: 

Barnegat Lighthouse is Open: The # 2 tourism destination in the State Of New Jersey is open on weekends and has reported a "full parking lot" and a great number of visitors in the past few weekends.   

 

 "Watercolors: A Visual Story":  December 6 - January 31 at the Island Branch of the Ocean County Library in Surf City.  Watercolor paintings by Pine Shores Art Assn. students of Carol Freas are exhibited.  Call 609-494-2480 for more information.

Christmas Tree Sale:  Through December 24 (or until all trees are sold) at the Shipbottom Fire House.  Trees are fresh cut Douglas Firs, free local delivery is available.  Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 4-7pm, Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 11am-6pm.

Food Donations Needed:  The St. Francis Food Pantry in Brant Beach is acception donations of non-perishable foods as well as detergents, soaps, and shampoo.


Classes & Activities Offered:  at the LBI Foundation of the Arts & Sciences.  Classes vary from learning new languages to art mediums and sports lessons.  Call 609-494-1241 for more information and registration.
