First Week of April Sales Update on LBI

Views: 4535

For the first week of April 2013, the LBI real estate market saw a total of 7 sales closed in the MLS. These sales included a mix of homes damaged by Hurricane Sandy and homes not damaged by Hurricant Sandy. Prices ranged from a very small house trading at $140,000 to an oceanfront home selling for just under $1,500,000.
