Tourists flock to the Jersey Shore in the summer. But the fall at the shore still has its beauty.  And it's not just a brisk walk on the beach.   When the leaves turn the Garden State into a panorama of colors come to the shore's State Parks.   Visit Allaire by Spring Lake Heights which is probably best known for its historic 19th-Century iron-making town, and its antique steam trains on Pine Creek Railroad, Manasquan River Wildlife, Double Trouble in Toms River, Barnegat Lighthouse on Long Beach Island which has one of the last  remnants of a maritime forest.  The Edwin B.
