1.)  Just slow cook some pork roast (simmer in a saucepan with chicken broth until it so tender that it breaks apart with a fork).
2.)  Let pork cool and then pull (shred).
3.)  Sautee some fresh spinach with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
4.)  Take one of those store bought (prebaked) flatbreads and generously spread on olive oil, covering the entire flatbread.
5.)  Evenly top with the shredded pork, then spinach, and lastly shredded provolone.
Place in a 350 degree oven on pizza tray or cookie sheet....for approximatley 10-15 minutes, until crisp 
I top it off with garlic mayo drizzle. Which is just mayo, crushed roasted garlic, and fresh ground pepper
***you can substitue the store bought prebakes flatbread for unbaked pizza crust, such as Pilsbury.  Just be sure to follow the baking directions on the packaging.
