Do you believe in one of the Pine Barrens most famous legends?

The Jersey Devil is slated to make an appearance at Albert Hall in Waretown this weekend, possibly to listen to some of his favorite music.

The event is sponsored by the Pinelands Cultural Society. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., the music begins at 7:30 p.m.
And sometime a little later, Mother Leeds' 13th child will make his annual appearance, when the band Rawhide takes the stage.
Other bands featured include Acoustic Thunder, Basement Musicians, Sweet Country Pine, Circle Round the Sun and Pickin' Shed Jam.
Tickets for the event are $5 for adults, $1 for children 11 and under. Albert Hall is located at 131 Wells Mills Road.
