Changes On LBI

If you have not been down to LBI for over a year or so you will be greatly surprised when you come on the Island. Hotel LBI looks like it is in the final stages and it is really impressive with over 100 rooms, Just a little further down is a new condo development which is also quite nice. Major project in the planning stages in Beach Haven with another hotel and a four hundred person restaurant on the water. Lbi is changing and I believe it will have an impact on property values as these changes will attract more people and ultimately influence more people to buy, driving prices up, particularly on the higher end properties.  If you have been sitting on the fence you may well want to take this into consideration. As usual... a word to the wise.
