WOW, Summer is Just Around the Corner… Beach? Barbeques? And… BOATING! Remember, as of June 1, 2008, if You were Born in 1949 and Later and Operate a Boat in NJ, You Now Need a NJ Boating Certificate. ALSO, Regardless of Age, if You Operate a Waverunner in NJ You NEED a Boating Safety Certificate. Manahawkin Community Center will Be Hosting an “America’s Boating Course” on May 7th, June 4th and July 9th from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Cost: $50 Per Person including Lunch! This Eight Hour Course earns the NJ Boating Safety Certificate for All Who Successfully Complete the Course. The Certificate Satisfies NJ Requirements for Personal Watercraft Operators.
