At the gym earlier, people were talking about their ab routines and getting ready for summer.  There were talks about all the different types of ab workouts.  Crunches, sit ups, planks, using the ab wheel etc etc.  Then I heard the best tip of all...the PUSH AWAY.

no matter how many crunches, planks or sit ups you do, nothing will get you results like the push away...

PUSH AWAY from the table!!  

I was laughing so hard that my belly hurt, making me realize that some of the best exercise is laughing!!
