Beach Haven West Activity

Just wanted everyone to know that there is very much activity in Beach Haven West. That activity includes people repairing their homes, people raising (elevating) their homes, some people have decided to demolish their homes and built new and other have decided to sell out. Everyone has a different situation - so people are making decisions based on their own personal situation. There is so much activity that sometimes I have a hard time getting down some of the street because of all the workers trucks - IT FEELS GREAT TO SEE ALL OF THIS !!  On the other side of Mill Creek in Village Harbor (Coves) there's also lots of activity but is seems to be more limited to folks fixing their homes. Although I am starting to see signs of some home being demolished or elevated. I think it might take a little longer for decisions to be made in this community ( that's where I live) because lots of the homes are much larger and harder to decide to demolish or just repair and elavate. This is all an ongoing process but it good to see all this activity - after months of nothing!  If you need any info about anything going on with these commuities - just give me a call at 609-618-7683. I'd be happy to help.
