Beach Haven Just Keeps Getting Better

Beach Haven and its attractions have been around quite a long time.  And while maintaining a preservation of its history and the authenticity of  the historic district, those dedicated to the borough have really been making some great improvements.  The new Borough Hall construction has been moving at a steady pace.  The borough is now hoping to put taxpayer dollars into maintaining green space, which may include a new park in front of the Beach Haven School in addition to landscaping and irrigation improvements to the park on Taylor Avenue.  The bayfront area is improving with development of higher end condos and the new Parker's Garage Restaurant.  The restaurant may soon have an upper deck to enjoy sunsets and more changes are on the horizon for the old Ketch Restaurant.  There is now an early spring Craft Beer Festival  to be added to the annual summer festivities in Veteran's Park and joining the fall ChowderFest behind Bay Village.  The Ship Bottom Brewery has taken up residence in the empty space above the rear of Bay Village and is wildly popular.  So much so that they are expanding their space!  Joining them is the Spices and More store downstairs that has delicious food you are able to bring into the brewery.  Even the public works building is slated for new paving and fencing.  So as you appreciate the history of our beloved Beach Haven, be sure to notice all the new improvements along the way as well.  And if you'd like to have input on future improvements, please go to www.LBIsurvey.com.  Your input is welcome!
