June 20 & 21 from 11am-5pm you can enjoy food, music and fun right outside of Long Beach Island. If you've never experienced the Tuckerton Seaport, it is home to several fantastic festivals during the year right on the water.  You can also tour the Seaports' many exhibits while you're there.  The Baymens Seafood and Music Festival will include delicious Jersey fresh clams, crabs, scallops and shrimp from the finest local seafood purveyors.  There will also be live music provided by The Motts' Creek Pickers on Saturday and The Rhythm Wranglers on Sunday.  Other highlights of the weekend include a micro brew court, crafters, vendors, refreshments, boat rides, demonstrations, boat builders and decoy carvers.  Commercial fisherman will be available to talk about occupations on the bay or teach you and the kids how to shuck a clam.  General admission is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and $5 for kids 5-12.  As it has been selected as one of the Best Outdoor Festivals by NJ Monthy Magazine you may just want to check it out!
