Barnegat Mid September Sales Update

Summer is over but the sales season is not! Barnegat has had 7 closings since the start of the month. Now, 7 closings may seem insignifigant, and although the number is down by 3 homes, it  shows people are still buying homes. The real good news is there are 11 homes that went under contract in this same time period. But wait!...there is even more good news; there are currently 58 properties under contract in Barnegat in total!

So far this year Barnegat has had 181 properties successfully close, not too bad considering last year same time we had only 172. Each month is different, but the overall is better than last year so far. Lets stay focused and look forward to more sales in the neighborhood, especially if yours is one of them.  Look for an article in November that will explain in more detail about recent price wars, you're gunna love to hear them!
