The seventh annual Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project, coming to Long Beach Township this Saturday, May 11, from 1pm to 4pm, is a joint effort by Barefoot Wine and Bubbly and Surfrider Foundation South Jersey Chapter to ensure New Jersey's beaches remain barefoot-friendly.

Following the beach clean-up, Surfrider will host an after-party at Nardi's from 4pm to 6pm, featuring Barefoot Wine and surf-inspired fare.

There is no cost to participate but attendees are asked to register at beachrescue2013.com

Clean-up volunteers will meet at Long Beach Twp municipal building in Brant Beach-look for the Surfrider tent.
