Condominiums

  • 2 Sold

  • Price: $229,950

  • Percentage of Listing Price: 96.%

  • Days on Market: 224

Multi Family Homes (Duplexes)

  • 3 Sold

  • Average Price: $849,667

  • Average Percentage of Listing Price: 92.7%

  • Average Days on Market:122

One more home sold in April compared to March however the average price of a single family home actually increased! Overall the LBI real estate market, and the Long Beach Island area in general are looking to be very active for Summer 2013!!
