Since Chinese government announced new second child policy in September 2015, there has been changes in China.

When i first heard it, i had to admire how smart Chinese government is to pull off this string during the economic recession.  Millions family having second child is going to be a shot of stimulation for the civil economy. People will have to buy baby , kids stuff! It is a whole chain action! But i thought government can trying to be smart, the people may not buy this. Since raising children is so expensive these days. Even my sister refuses to have a second child. It is amazing that six month later, there are 2 girlfriends i know already pregnant with the second child; one friend is getting ready to pregnant!!! I was surprised! People did buy this!

Oh well, I certainly hope for the best and waiting for couple of my girlfriends calling me crying in the middle of night complaining how hard it is to raise two children at the same time.

Hope the second child policy will pull china from the deep water of recession!
