The adult community real estate market in Southern Ocean County New Jersey offers many choices for the 55 and older age group! There are currently about 140 active adult community real estate listings in a variety of price ranges. In all, a total of 12 transactions closed in adult communities located in the areas of Barnegat NJ, Stafford Twp, Little Egg Harbor and Ocean Twp. There are currently about 50 additional properties currently under contract in the adult community real estate market.
