Adult Communities Ocean County

Ocean County has the largest concentration of adult community homes in New Jersey. With this being said, we can offer homes in every price range, including resales and new construction. Many new construction builders have reduced their prices and are offering great incentives. We have also seen many of the builders building a new model or two, in order to attract more buyers. They are listening to the consumers and are building a little smaller home, with 2 bedrooms and a den, and given up the living room that no one ever used and put in a great room off the kitchen. The baby boomers are still retiring so this is a market niche that will continue to be strong.
