Kitchen Renovation Tips
How may times have you walked into someones home or even your own and said this kitchen needs updating, or looks like it's from another era? An old countertop can really date a kitchen. An easy solution is to replace it with a fresh slab of marble or quartz. (You can keep costs down by contacting your local stone supplier and see if they have any remnants that would fit your size needs)
Paint the cabinets
Skip pricey custom cabinet installations and have your current cabinets professionally spray painted. You’ll get a fresh and flawless new look
If your cabinets are in good shape and you have an island, consider just repainting the island for a fresh look.
Replace cabinet hardware
There are many affordable options these days even found in your big box & hardware stores . Consider changing out your pull knobs to hardware that has clean, modern lines . New knobs can make a big impact on your kitchen look.
Create custom pantry storage.
Design your own personalized pantry storage solution is a great way to not only improve your own kitchen experience, but to boost your home’s resale value. Shop around for companies that offer seasonal or annual discounts on storage solutions and installation.

Replace dated, drippy faucets, and simply change those out for a modern fixture, it'll make a major difference !
Add storage for a streamlined look.
For those who don’t have space or budget to add a new closet can turn to durable, stylish floating shelves to store and display bathroom staples and towels.
Replace the cabinets and vanity.
You’ll redefine the look of your bathroom and you can do it for surprisingly little , look for a packages incorporating a vanity, sink, faucet, and mirror for around $1,000. Or if your vanity and sink are fine but you still have builders grade mirrors and lights change them out- remove the glass and add a framed mirror, remove that bulb track light and add a new fixture .
Bedroom Renovation Tips
Layer a rug - add a throw rug thats large enough to comfortably fit your bed and bedside table.
Invest in your bed.
Treat yourself to professionally made decorative pillows and a great mattress while opting for simple and inexpensive duvet covers and euro shams.
Replacing traditional ceiling fixtures with a hanging light that makes a statement, and adding subtler fixtures to tie the room together on either side of the bed, or add an affordable statement fan.
Create an accent wall.
Get bold with your bedroom. Decorate all your walls but one in a neutral, then create an attention-grabbing accent wall with a colorful or patterned vinyl covering.
