10 Cokes A Day For 30 Days

I recently read an article where a man used himself as a test dummy. He wanted to see what would happen to his body if he drank 10 cokes a day for 30 days. The results are staggering. We all love a Coke with a sandwich, hot dog, or other meal, but be careful not to over do it! He gained 20+ lbs and felt terrible. All the added sugar contributed to the weight gain and his lack of energy. In 2004 George Prior ate McDonalds food for 30 days, that too is amazing. If you're interested in watching and listening to his time lapsed video of the transformation, follow this link https://www.yahoo.com/health/its-not-news-that-soda-is-bad-for-us-but-it-is-104089767387.html.
