The lotus projects next art wellness class, open to those who care for a loved one struggling with substance abuse, will focus on feeling stones that can be used to help individuals get through tough moments, the class is being held at the pine street recreation center, located at 25 pine street in Manahawkin, on thursday march 2nd, from 6;30to 8;30 pm.  Art wellness is about the process and the product, said amy carreno, project founder, you will create the feeling stones, the creation is the process, the stones will be our daily affirmations, especially on those days you need a little pep talk, and we all have those days, the stones which are the product, will be there for you when you need motivation and inspiration and strength.  Other upcomming products include gratitude trees on march 16 and inspired drip coasterson march 30.  All classes will be held at the recreation center.
