Saying Goodbye To 2015

The year is ending in a few days and there has been a lot of news this year, especially with more killings than in the past years. I'm hoping 2016 will be bringing the world more peace and harmony!

The real estate market has picked up in the past 12 months and I am seeing more folks moving from place to place and finding homes that are better suited to their growing families or downsizing to a more manageable lifestyle. The rates are slated to increase slowly over the next couple of years because the economy is in better shape; with that said if you are planning on making a move you should also know there has been sweeping changes made with lending institutions in America and it would be wise to obtain a pre qualification prior to starting your house search so you don't have unexpected surprises during the process. No one wants to go through a house buying process to find out they cannot finalize the purchase. Of course if you are paying cash then you will not have to endure the process of a financial institution, you are the lucky one!

I have kept up with the changes being made and would be happy to share my experience with you along with helping you sell or buy a new home! Please contact me with your real estate needs.

Now raise a glass and wishing you good health and prosperity in 2016 !!
