"Has your home been damaged by Superstorm Sandy and you need financial assistance to repair or rebuild?

With a focus on the most impacted communities throughout the state, New Jersey is offering aid through grant awards to Homeowners who were impacted by Superstorm Sandy. This website provides important information to you on federally funded programs that have been designed to assist in the repair and rebuilding of primary owner occupied residences. They are:
Homeowner Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation and Mitigation (RREM): This program provides up to $150,000 for eligible Homeowners to repair, elevate or rebuild their primary residences in the affected communities.
Homeowner Resettlement: This program provides a $10,000 grant award to eligible Homeowners whose primary residence was damaged by Superstorm Sandy.  This program requires you to remain in or return to Sandy impacted communities."
