(Makes approx 9-10 meatballs per 1.25 pound of meat)

Per 1.25 pound of ground veal/beef/pork (also known as meatloaf mix)

1 egg

1/4 cup grated parmesan/reggiano cheese

1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

1/8 tsp dry Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp fresh cracked sea salt

1/4 tsp wet basil

1/4 tsp garlic paste


1.) Bring ground meat to room temperature.

2.) In small mixing bowl, add all ingredients except the meat. Whisk generously.

3.) Then, add mixture to meat and mix thoroughly with hands until well combined.

4.) Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop, then roll between hands to form meatball.

5.) Fry in sauté pan over low-medium heat until all sides are brown, and center is cooked to your liking.  ENJOY!
