New jersey Property taxes soared at their fastest rate in years for 2015, This report by Asbury Park Press. According to the paper the average taxpayer forked over $8354,  that is $193 more than in 2014.

Well that sounds right I guess. Tell me who in Ocean County, other then the seniors that have frozen their property taxes, hasn't seen a $200 increase?  Glad that we live in Ocean County area where the average Property tax is no where near $8354.

Home Prices in Ocean County are also more affordable in New Jersey.  See available properties on my website at   LisaReganRealtor.com
