Memorial Day Shape Up

Only 13 weeks until Memorial Day!!  While Memorial Day has a much deeper, more significant meaning, it also marks the beginning of summer season at the Jersey Shore.

I'm ready to trade in my boots and sweaters for flip flops and tank tops!!  

I wanted to share a few of my favorite healthy lifestyle tips and tricks for those wanting to shed a few of the winter pounds before summer is upon us.

>Drink half your weight (in ounces) in water each day

>Eat 5 servings of veggies for each serving of fruitImage title

>Start each day with a mug of warm water with the juice of 1/2 a lemon and a TBSP of apple cider vinegar and a TBSP of raw honey
