Number of sales:  103 to 150; up 32%

Average SOLD price:  $941,365 to $1,072,550; up 12%

Average Days on the Market:  149 to 123; down 17%

Waterfront Sales on the Rise—12 in 2016 vs. 30 in 2017

New Construction—11 in 2016 vs. 22 in 2017
