Average Price: $1,014,870

Average % of Asking Price: 94.2%

Average Days on Market: 190

 

Multi-Family Homes

5 units sold

Average Price: $519,000

Average % of Asking Price: 93.3%

Average Days on Market: 226

 

Condos

3 units sold

Average Price: $495,000

Average % of Asking Price: 95.0%

Average Days on Market: 81

 

It is again encouraging to see that the number of transactions has remained very high and that the average sales price has increased to over $1,000,000! We have continued to see an increase in buyer activity on LBI even into these early summer months. As usual, single family homes are the most active facet of our market.
