GOV. CHRISTIE WILL HOLD A TOWN HALL MEETING IN MANAHAWKIN ON WEDNESDAY (1-16-2013) TO DISCUSS THE IMPACT OF HURRICANE SANDY. 

THE MEETING WILL BE AT 3PM WITH DOORS OPENING AT 2:15PM AT SAINT MARY'S PARISH CENTER, 100 BISHOP WAY IN MANAHAWKIN.

SEATING IS ON FIRST COME, FIRST BASIS AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

STAFFORD MAYOR JOHN SPODOFORA STATED WE WERE VERY BLESSED WITH EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED TIRELESSLY, NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS CLEAN UP AND GUT THEIR HOMES OR WORK IN SHELTERS AND RELIEF CENTERS.VOLUNTEERS CAME FROM ALL OVER TO HELP WITH THE DEVASTATION.
