Uncle Phil, the character on the fresh prince of Bel-Air, James Avery died at age 68. Better known as "Honorable Philip Banks". He laid down the rules for character played by Will Smith, the nephew from West Philadelphia who came to live with them. This 90's sitcom was something almost every household grew up watching. Funny with a good ending every episode. Character brother Carlton Banks, along with DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Carlton's ditsy sister  Hilary Banks all helped make the show a HIT! James Avery was still young and I'm sorry to see him leave this life.
