Last year's free LBI Shuttle was such a success that it will again run this year.  Starting the second week of June; it will run the length of the island, 10 AM to 10 PM.  There will be specific pick up spots in Beach Haven and Barnegat Light, with buses running every 15 minutes or so.  Just look for the bright blue school buses and hail it, as you see coming up the boulevard.  Travel time during the summer will run about an hour for an end to end trip.  Joe Lattanzi, the Long Beach Township coordinator for the project said, "this year will be a learning experience; so expect changes for improvement."
