Easter is right around the corner.  I grew up spending Easter with family at my childhood home. My mother would begin cooking early in the morning.  We always had Ham and candied yams, amongst other goodies. As a kid I always looked forward to the Easter egg hunt and waking up to the basket filled with all my chocolate favorites and marshmallow bunnies.  This was the only day it was acceptable to eat sweets for breakfast!  Now all grown up with a family of my own we begin our own traditions.
