If you have kids, undoubtedly there are times that you have a lot of items that they have outgrown, and you may be looking for a place to drop them off where someone who needs them can get them.

The Stafford Township Education Foundation has launched a new Program called New to You.  It is a great community service that the whole family can get involved with just by donating the things that your kids have outgrown. The program's home is located at the Oxycocus School  in Stafford Township where they are accepting donations of clothing, sports equipment and toys that are in excellent condition. As this program is new they are also in need of  hangers.

Donating couldn't be easier,  just bring your items to Oxycocus School located at 250 North Main Street in Manahawkin.  Members of the Education Foundation will organize all donations and make them available at a dedicated room in the building.

Anyone in need is welcomed to come in and shop for $1.00.  The money collected will be used to purchase new socks and undergarments that will be made available through this program as those items are not accepted once they've been used.

Gather up your items, get your kids involved and spread the word. This is defiantly a program that will help others in our own community!

Any questions - call the Stafford Township Education Foundation at 609-978-5700 x1378.
