Cannoli Poke Cake

-  1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 cup powdered sugar 

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 box white cake mix

- 14 oz condensed milk sweetened 

- 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese

- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese 


- bake cake according to directions on box

- remove cake from oven and use the end of a wooden spoon and poke holes

- put a half of cup of sweetened milk aside and pour the rest over the cake 

- put cake in refrigerator for one hour to let milk absorb 

- combine mascarpone, ricotta cheese, and vanilla extract and mix in bowl until smooth  

- then mix in powdered sugar and cinnamon 

-  add in remaining sweetened milk and mix until combined 

- spread cannoli topping evenly over top of cake 

- top with powdered sugar and mini chocolate chips 

- refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving
